SUPER SENIORS EVENT

THIS IS A HANDICAP EVENT

A TWO DAY, 18 HOLE EVENT, MONDAY AND FRIDAY

The two day gross score will be the total. Nine hole handicap will be
adjusted to reflect an 18 hole handicap and subtracted from the total
score to determine the net scores. There will be two winners, one Gross and one Net, with Gross being the first winner. A player cannot win more than one prize.

RULES

1. All "Par Hopers Rules of Play" will apply except for the following:

NO MULLIGANS, NO GIMMES, NO DOUBLE PAR RULE.

Record your actual score.

2. You must play from the tee from which you have played all year.

3. The score card must be signed by the scorekeeper and attested to by one
   other member of the foursome.

4. All ties will be broken using the tie breaker procedure found in "Par Hopers
   Rules of Play."
